Job description
  • Responds to customer web queries regarding online merchandise or service orders
  • Ensure sending of responses to all customer queries in all e-com marketplaces in a timely manner
  • Completely resolve customer concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved before ending the conversation
  • Create a genuine connection with our customers, identify customer concerns and needs proactively
  • Coordinate with the Fulfillment team / Marketplace Administrator to address issue (if any)
  • Upsell product to customers via live chat. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggest various product options that are available.
  • Stay up to date on all relevant company and product updates and information.
  • QUALIFICATION :

    • Bachelor's degree holder
    • Very positive customer service attitude
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Resourceful and organized
    • With experience in relevant industry
    • Able to start work on a short notice
