PCBA design interpretation for the manufacturing phase

Handles PCBA materials (components & raw PCB), process, and equipment (through-hole & SMT)

Handling Engineering changes and technical documentation

Flying Probe Tester Programming and Set-up

Conducts problem-solving process / product failure analysis, and investigation

Conducts process verification and audit based on established standards

Perform tools and jigs qualification

Conducts new / transfer product evaluation

Prepares the production quality procedures, failure analysis / technical reports, and other process documentation

Conducts training and skills development of subordinates

Performs process / equipment improvements

Coordinate work functions with co-workers and other organizational departments.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in production or process engineering within a manufacturing environment (e.g., automotive, electronics, medical devices, heavy industry).

Hands-on experience with production line setup, process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, planning, etc.) to support continuous production.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and capacity planning.

Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).

Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and cycle time analysis.

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for tooling and layout planning.

Competent in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
