Supplier Acquisition (Procurement) - 1 yr Experience- Night Shift

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in supplier acquisition or procurement.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and supplier data.

Familiarity with contract management and compliance standards.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities :

Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers.

Conduct market research to understand supplier capabilities.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.

Collaborate with internal departments to assess procurement needs.

Onboard new suppliers and ensure compliance with company standards.

Monitor and assess supplier performance regularly.

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Manage supplier data and documentation.

Assist in resolving supplier-related issues and disputes.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
