• Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, compliance, and deliverability.

About The Role We're seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of our email strategy and play a pivotal role in developing both our marketing outcomes and our people. As the go-to expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), you'll lead the design and execution of sophisticated campaigns while mentoring and training a growing team of marketing specialists.

You'll combine strategy with execution : driving lead generation, optimising customer journeys, and enabling team members to grow their skills and confidence in SFMC. This role requires someone who can balance leadership, technical expertise, and coaching to elevate both the function and the people within it.

Key Responsibilities
