Key Responsibilities
- SMS Strategy & Calendar – Plan, build, and maintain a weekly and monthly SMS campaign calendar aligned with casino and sportsbook promotions.
- Campaign Setup & Execution – Launch scheduled and trigger-based SMS campaigns (e.g. bonus reminders, churn reactivation, inactivity nudges).
- Segmentation & Targeting – Use behavior, transaction data, and player cohorts (e.g. VIPs, new depositors, high churn risk) to drive tailored messaging.
- Copy Development – Collaborate with Creatives and Product teams to develop high-converting, brand-aligned SMS copy.
- Performance Monitoring – Track delivery, CTR, opt-outs, conversion lift, and campaign costs using internal dashboards or telco tools.
- Tech & Vendor Coordination – Work with SMS gateway or telco partners to manage throughput, API triggers, and escalation protocols.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all messages adhere to ASC, PAGCOR, and telco guidelines
Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech.Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A / B tests.Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys.Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools.Familiarity with omnichannel approaches : SMS + Viber + email or push.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting.Salary Package (Specialist) : 30,000.00 – 45,000.00
Salary Package (Lead) : up to 70,000.00
