We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist with strong technical expertise and a passion for driving measurable results. As part of a Google Partner agency, you will manage, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and META platforms for multiple clients and industries.
This role requires someone analytical, strategic, and deeply committed to delivering outstanding client growth and contributing to the company’s overall success.

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary : PHP 62,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation : 6 months and after Probation
5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES : 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
Requirements
Must have a current and valid Google Ads Certification (as we are a Google Partner) Ideally 3+ years agency experience managing paid ads across different clients and industries Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong technical understanding and experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) META Ads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Optmyzr or similar optimisation tools Keyword research tools Multi-industry campaign management Ability to plan, audit, build, and strategise paid ad campaigns from end to end Ability to interpret data and tracking setups, including conversion tracking Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and present performance reports High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously A strong drive to deliver continuous client growth and contribute to company success Australian marketing agency experience is a plus Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement.
