Parts Materials Control Specialist Japanese SMT PCB plant

Position is a replacement. This is an urgent position

POSITION : PMC Specialist

SECTION / GROUP : BEA PMC

REPORTS TO : PMC Supervisor

BASIC FUNCTION : Responsible for the inventory and safekeeping of the electrical parts (consigned) from the customer. Checks stock levels of materials to ensure that a continuous supply is available for production use.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitors and reviews daily receiving of parts and Internal Inspection results to determine current production status and materials status. Coordinates with purchasing and production personnel for concerns needing their actions and / or decisions.

• Communication and coordination skills
• Interpersonal relationship skill

2. Prepares and submits the physical inventory report of direct and / or indirect materials to the superior.

3. Coordinate with the superior to receive Defective Parts / Materials. (both for consigned and turn-key parts)

4. Monitors performance and prepares reports for the following, but not limited to :

a. Daily

b. Weekly

c. Monthly

5. Leads and manages subordinates and their activities to measure performance based on standards, behavior, and discipline.

6. Prepares and submits related reports and updates monitor charts.

7. Follows, implements, and maintains the Quality Management and procedures of the company. Ensures proper housekeeping within the area of responsibility

Education : College Graduate

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a related job

Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM

[Manufacturing support positions] Applicants may be required to work overtime or on weekends and holidays. As of now, we don’t have a night shift; however, if our production peaks, we may consider two shifts, so their schedule may change.
