Job Description
About Our Client
Our client is a growing data and analytics company dedicated to providing decision-grade information to leaders in the public sector. Their mission is to empower clients by transforming complex data into actionable insights that address critical national challenges.
Using a proprietary data science and analytics platform, they apply machine-driven processes and advanced algorithms to solve complex questions and support strategic initiatives.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify data issues, devise effective solutions, and implement updates that enhance their platform.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with both independent “heads-down” work and collaborative team projects. This is a role for a data enthusiast who is eager to learn, adaptable to the evolving needs of a fast-paced environment, and not afraid to take initiative in identifying and solving new challenges.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s data and how underlying record changes impact the user experience.
Manage and resolve a queue of auto-generated and manually identified data quality issues.
Conduct research to find effective and scalable solutions for data inconsistencies.
Assist in defining key benchmarks for data cleansing, throughput, and overall data quality.
Incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to refine data curation processes.
Propose and contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements.
Continuously evolve the core functions of the role to meet business needs.
