Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS :

Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is a must.

Proven working experience in project management for at least 7 years.

Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Must be adept at financial planning and budget management.
