Job Description :
We are hiring a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist in social media presence.
Responsibilities :
Handle clinic front desk operations and appointments
Respond to online inquiries and messages
Support social media platforms (FB, TikTok, YouTube, IG)
Coordinate with marketing team
Ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications :
Degree holder in any 4-year course
At least 1 year front desk / customer service experience
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Pleasing personality, good grooming, excellent communication
Tech-savvy and organized
