Principal Solutions Architect - Applied AI. Searce's AI Architect Leader responsible for designing and delivering complex, high-value AI solutions; accountable for technical excellence, client advisory, and mentoring a community of solutions Architects.

Your Responsibilities

Take ownership of full-lifecycle development of innovative AI / ML solutions, ensuring both technical excellence and profound business relevance. Architect AI-native systems that move from hype to real outcomes. You will be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for designing and leading applied AI architectures that reimagine how enterprises work, compete, and grow.

This role focuses on prototyping, building, and deploying real-world AI platforms that embed into workflows, scale responsibly, and generate measurable enterprise impact.

Lead the design of cloud, data, and AI architectures that align with complex client requirements. Collaborate with cloud consultants and OEM partners to architect and implement modern, scalable AI solutions across Google Cloud and AWS.

Driving Solution Design & Pre-Sales Excellence

  • Orchestrate and lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Searce's capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive solution proposals, technical specifications and business use-cases.
  • Own the technical solution's impact, defining, designing, and overseeing its implementation to deliver measurable business value.

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and prioritize Applied AI pursuits.
  • Build and evolve core architectural principles and engineering practices to keep solutions transformative and outcome-focused. Create statements of work, build on market case studies and guide clients and teams through their AI transformation journeys on Cloud.

    Experience & Relevance

  • Enterprise AI Architectural Leadership : 10+ years in software development with direct involvement in implementing complex AI solutions on Cloud Platforms (Google Cloud and / or AWS).
  • Strategic Cloud-Native Design : Deep understanding of enterprise-scale solution architecture and AI-native modernization journeys.
  • Client-Facing Architectural Acumen : Ability to interface with clients, provide technical advisory, and contribute in pre-sales or solutioning contexts.
  • Proven track record for architecting, building, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver substantial business value.
