Job descriptionAt least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or support Strong verbal and written English communication skills Comfortable handling calls, emails, and live chats Good problem-solving and active listening skills Willing to work night shifts, weekends, or holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be willing to work onsite and night shift in Baguio City
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries, accurately document issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure complete resolution of service-related concerns.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide night shift technical support via online chat and phone to U.S. and European customers, with a focus on xTool’s laser cutting and engraving products.
