Job Description
- Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization, aligned with overall corporate financial goals and business strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, FP&A, & Controllership, etc.
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize service delivery performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Act as the primary liaison between the center and business units, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
