Job description

An Assistance Coordinator helps clients who need support, especially in emergency medical situations or travel-related concerns. They communicate with hospitals, service providers, and client companies to make sure help is given quickly and properly.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Knowledgeable in travel, medical case handling is an advantage, experience in handling calls
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
