It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.**Job Description**The Triple A+ Architect role is critical to the successful delivery of the Private Banking (PB) upgrade project, which involves migration from Sybase to Oracle database activities, real-time updates from Product processors, complex modernization of legacy systems, integration using new technologies, support volume growth of PB portfolios and TMRW online services. The incumbent will lead the overall architecture and technical governance of all Private Banking application platforms.Responsibilities: * Designing and validating overall PB Architecture* Ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and control standards.* Standardizing application architecture across platforms.* Resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.* Supporting testing phases and ensuring quality assurance.* Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors for successful implementation.Requirements:* Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field* Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/GCP/Azure Certified Architect, or equivalent will be advantageous although not mandatory* More than 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and large-scale transformation projects, preferably in Private banking/wealth domain.* Deep understanding of Temenos Private Banking Triple A plus system experience, portfolio management, client advisory, digital experience, and with experience in architecting solutions for private banking/wealth domain.* Deep expertise in database migration, particularly from Sybase to Oracle, including performance tuning and data integrity strategies.* Strong background in real-time data integration with product processors and event-driven architectures.* Familiarity with Private Banking systems and digital banking platforms.* Experience in designing scalable systems to support portfolio growth and high transaction volumes.* Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end architecture for complex, multi-year transformation programs.* Strong command of technical governance, architecture principles, and enterprise standards.* Ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders* Experience conducting architecture reviews, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.* Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders* Ability to mentor and guide development teams, solution designers, and junior architects* Good problem solving and analytical skills## **Additional Requirements**Role Type (GTO)Be a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
