Overview

Business Partner – Learning and Development (Process) at OceanaGold. The Didipio mine in the Philippines is the Company’s asset producing both gold and copper. The role designs and delivers training programs to enhance knowledge, skills and competencies, and maintains training records and related documents. Reports to the Senior Trainer - Mining / Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and implements comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing advanced methodologies and technologies
• Manages the learning environment to enhance the learner experience
• Delivers constructive feedback that guides learner progress
• Maintains organized records such as work instructions, audit reports, management reviews, and other documents relevant to Quality Management
• Conducts training sessions, workshops, and webinars using classroom, e-learning, and blended delivery methods
• Collaborates with subject matter experts, internal trainers, and external providers to design and deliver specialized training programs
