KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

Process Analysis and Automation Design

• Collaborate with business and stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and identify areas for automation.
• Design and document RPA solutions based on the analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

RPA Development

• Develop and implement robotic process automation solutions using industry-leading RPA tools and frameworks.
• Write, test, and maintain efficient and scalable automation scripts.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.

Quality Assurance and Testing

• Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the development and testing phases.

Reporting, Documentation & Analysis

• Produce comprehensive documentation related to the projects.
• Track stakeholders and all tasks mandatory to complete the project.
• Analyze and optimize existing workflows to make them more efficient and automated.

• Maintain and update daily monitoring of service deliverables.

TECHNICAL and FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

Technical and Functional: Must Have

• MS O365 Cloud Services: SharePoint, SharePoint List, Power Automate Cloud Flow, Power Automate Desktop, PowerBI, OneDrive
• RPA Tools: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub

Good to Have

• Python, C#, VB.NET, VBS

• Use of AI, AI Agents, Agentic Automations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in software development, automation, RPA, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience specifically in UiPath RPA development.
• Ability to design and develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing UiPath automation solutions, including workflow development, exception handling, and data manipulation.
• Previous experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or document understanding.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Preferred to have UiPath Certification.
• Good understanding of AI/ML algorithms, concepts, and integrating them with RPA workflows is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.
