Accounting Specialist

This is a remote position.

24 Hours Group is a towing and roadside assistance provider serving the United States and parts of Canada. We manage high-volume daily operations and rely on accurate financial processes to keep our services running smoothly. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist who will work from home and support our finance operations, ensuring accurate financial tracking, cash flow monitoring, processing, and reporting while coordinating closely with our operations and management teams.

Process accounts payable : vendor invoices, payments, receipts

Handle accounts receivable : invoicing, payment monitoring, collections follow-up

Assist with payroll processing when required

Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly

Maintain accurate and organized digital financial documentation

Prepare financial summaries and weekly / monthly reports

Monitor and manage cash flow (track inflows / outflows to ensure operational funds)

Support month-end and year-end closing

Coordinate with operations for job costs, expenses, and payout verificationEnsure compliance with internal accounting standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a must)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Excel and accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Xero

Strong English communication skills, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

At least 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred

Must be able to work during PST business hours.

Download more than 40 mbps

3. Power Backup

A reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift)

Examples :  Generators / / Solar Panels / / Portable power inverters etc. (UPS is not enough)

Upload : minimum of 25mbps

Download :  minimum of 25mbps

Power and Internet Backup is a  MUST.

Benefits

This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.

Rate for the Accounting Specialist role $4.00 USD / hr.
