Overview

Automotive Finance & Controlling Strategy & Consulting Manager role at Accenture in the Philippines. The position focuses on SAP Platforms – Automotive within the Automotive Practice, delivering digital transformations, SAP transformations, and related advisory services for global clients.

Responsibilities

Be part of the Intelligent Functions team to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.
Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, with strong SAP market awareness.
Lead as a SAP Functional Solution Architect and support end-to-end RFP responses.
Engage with clients to understand requirements, scope, discover and define solutions, explain business benefits and use cases, and develop roadmaps to meet goals.
Create innovative solution designs that leverage Accenture service offerings.
Support business development activities with sales teams for proposal generation and delivery approaches for SAP transformations.
Ensure integration with different ERP solutions including SAP and create proofs of concepts as required.

Qualifications

7-15 years of ERP experience in Automotive Finance with delivery engagements in the automotive industry.

Experience in cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing planning / actual costing, profitability analysis, and inventory management.

Prior experience delivering 4-5 large-scale transformation and ERP implementation programs for global clients.

Proven success in client-facing roles for 4-5 engagements; ability to act as end-to-end Solution / Functional Architect for RFPs.

MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business schools is preferable.

Open to cross-country relocation.
