Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• STRATEGIC DIRECTION – Support the Marketing Division head to innovate and research on new trends and New Fun Technology for Marketing; Prepare necessary reports and presentation for the recommended innovative marketing ideas based on the research conducted
• EVENTS MANAGEMENT – Implement promotion events of tenants / affiliates and attract more foot traffic; Oversee special Campaigns / Projects – such as mall openings, CSR related activities, seasonal module, 3-Day Sale, Special Sale etc.
• SPONSHISHIPS & PARTNERSHIPS – Establish partnerships with tenants, brands and third party partners; Establish Community relations and partnership; Create partnership with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
• ADVERTISING – Lead the implementation of the Communication Plan for the year / project from creatives / key visual, printing, installation of collaterals (in-mall, social media, local newspaper)
• COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION – Monitors the implementation of all existing policies are strictly followed; Ensures that the policies related to Marketing are in compliant with law
