Operations Supervisor

Job Qualifications

 K-12 graduate or equivalent (Associate or Technical degree in Hospitality,

Business, or related field is a plus).

 Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in commercial or industrial laundry

operations.

 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and operations.

 Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.

 Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs.

 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Basic computer proficiency (for scheduling, reporting, and inventory

management).

SALARY : 20K PLUS 10% COMMISSION AFTER REGULARIZATION
