Job Overview :

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Loan Processor to support the Australian lending market. This admin-focused role covers data entry, pricing preparation, file coordination, and assisting the loan lifecycle from initial pricing to settlement.Key Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Use internal pricing calculators to prepare and update loan pricing

Manage back-book repricing for existing loan portfolios

Coordinate with lenders and partner networks for conditions, approvals, and follow-ups

Maintain trackers, records, and internal reporting

Prepare loan files and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant

Support the loan lifecycle from pricing through to settlement as required

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience processing Personal, Mortgage, and Business loans within the Australian market
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
• Familiarity with Australian lending workflows, lender communications, and loan compliance
• Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple files at once
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Available Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Melbourne time).

Requirements

Qualifications : Experience in loan pricing, processing, or portfolio management is highly desirable. Strong analytical and numerical skills for rate and margin calculations. Exceptional attention to detail with solid administrative and organizational abilities. Effective communicator—confident in liaising with lenders and internal teams. Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with CRM or loan management systems. Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Available Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Melbourne time).
