The Commercial Deployment Specialist – Korean Speaker supports Global Travel Retail operations across Asian markets by driving deployment activities, commercial planning, customer development, and consumer experience processes. This role acts as an extension of market back-office, ensuring successful execution of initiatives and shared service projects while collaborating with multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Regional Global Travel Retail teams on commercial planning, customer development, and consumer experience processes, co-pilot execution in markets.
• Manage change and retention efforts for shared service initiatives (PMBS).
• Support retailer infrastructure projects, portfolio initiatives, digital task deployment, visual merchandising, and online/offline content management.
• Collaborate with multicultural business teams to ensure deployment success.
• Help stakeholders understand the shared service business model and its value proposition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken), Japanese or Chinese language is a plus.
• High digital savviness and curiosity toward digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a multicultural environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Location & Schedule:

• Makati City, Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
