Position: Mandarin Operation Support Officer (Expat)
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000
Industry: Online Gaming
Schedule: Shifting
Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Bachelor’s Degree in any course
6 months experience in Customer Service
Knowledge of technical tools and software

DUTIES:
Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues, providing efficient and effective customer service to clients.
Identify opportunities to offer value-added products and services.
Provide all support to multiple channels like General Inquiries, Sales Inquiries, and other business-related inquiries.
Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
Execute quality improvement testing and activities
Develop quality assurance and standard and company processes
Create reports documenting errors and issues to fixing
Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
