KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in sourcing and poaching candidates from job portals, social media, and other traditional / non-traditional platforms across the Philippines and internationally
- Learn and use cloud-based recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Encode and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Conduct recruitment market research to support data-driven and cost-efficient hiring strategies
- Execute candidate background checks as required by client compliance standards
- Assist in or conduct initial interviews, scheduling, and show-up monitoring
- Create and maintain strategic job advertisements using Canva for job portals and company social media accounts
- Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries via email, SMS, and social media pages
- Remind and monitor candidates for pre-employment requirements
- Manage recruitment trackers and perform various ad hoc admin tasks
- Conduct micro-learning sessions with newly onboarded interns
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings and occasional client calibration sessions
- Meet monthly and quarterly performance targets as part of the internship evaluation
QUALIFICATIONS :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related course or recent graduateCan render 300 to 600 internship hours, with at least 40 hours / week availability (Mon–Fri), preferably someone with no classes currentlyOpen to required or voluntary internship.Good command of English (written and verbal) and professional communication skillsStrong skills in research, Canva design, social media posting, and job ad writingStrategic thinker with a proactive attitude, high initiative, and team-oriented mindsetMust have own laptop / desktop and stable internet connectionWilling to work remotely (90%) and attend onsite engagements in BGC (10%) including team tripsComfortable working with goals and KPIs and open to feedback and performance coachingPERKS AND BENEFITS :
