Job descriptionProven experience in sales cold calling , preferably in the VA or outsourcing industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Comfortable working PST hours and handling outbound calls remotely. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Potential for a monthly fee upon meeting performance benchmarks. Opportunity to grow with a dynamic virtual team.
Location : Remote | Philippines-Based
Payment : TBD on the call

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 20 outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our VA services.
- Identify client needs and effectively communicate how our virtual assistants can add value.
- Maintain a positive and persuasive approach to sales conversations.
- Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and close deals.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and client feedback.
