Responsibilities:
Market the services of junket to existing and prospective guest.
Cater for the needs of the guests while they are within the junket.
Assist guest to arrange hotel room booking and restaurant reservation.
Ensure guest are satisfied with the services provided.
Listen to complaints and concerns of guests and get them resolved without delay.

Requirements
21+ years old and above
Mandarin & Korean speaker at least upper-intermediate level, especially oral speaking and listening.
Willing to take shift work 11-19, 14-22,19-03
Good communication skill
Basic office microsoft skill
