We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using Applied Epic . The ideal candidate will support our customer service operations and be responsible for the accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders . 📋 Key Responsibilities :
- Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone
- Create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic
- Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management
- Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic
- Collaborate with team members to support client needs and compliance
