Job descriptionCreate manual or guidelines of the released policies and procedures or systems. Create Policies & Procedures of the related systems and processes. Collaborate and train on how to use the newly improved or developed process. Embed Macro / s to the said system (example : Outlook and / or Excel) Help resolve basic system issues of the team. Responsible for the maintenance of team's systems. Ensuring that all systems are working well and only those active accounts should have access. Responsible for keeping filling organized (hard copies & soft copies) Responsible for updating team's calendars and activities, and room and car reservations. Responsible for monitoring the office supplies of the team. Collaborate with all projects of the team from preparation to documentation. Graduate of Industrial Engineering With knowledge in process workflow and charts 1 - 3 year relevant working experience Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office With knowledge in using Excel Macro VBA

- Create process improvements for team’s projects using either macro or systems.
