About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and service-driven to support our customers through every step of their experience. The ideal candidate has a heart for people, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to handle emotional, meaningful customer interactions with care and professionalism.

As the first point of contact, youll be responsible for providing timely, thoughtful assistance through email, chat, and social media inquiries. Youll help customers share their stories, clarify order details, resolve issues, and ensure that each person feels valued and heard throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with warmth, accuracy, and empathy
  • Guide customers through the order process, ensuring all information needed for their personalized product is complete and correct
  • Coordinate with internal teams (writers, producers, or creative staff) to track order progress and communicate updates to customers
  • Handle service issues, delivery concerns, and special requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer journey
  • Support post-delivery follow-ups, gathering testimonials or resolving aftercare inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect when handling personal stories shared by customers

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service or client support experience (e-commerce, creative, or personalized service industries preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy for customers experiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Familiar with CRM or customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for creativity, music, or meaningful storytelling is a plus
