Required Experience :
・Proven professional experience in a trading company OR in a purchasing / production control role within the manufacturing industry.
・Business-level proficiency in English.
・Proficiency in basic PC operations, including MS Excel and email correspondence.
・University / Bachelor's degree holder.
・Proven experience selling to PEZA-registered manufacturing companies is a major advantage.
・Extensive experience in a B2B sales or client-facing role.
・Previous experience handling international or imported products.
・A strong desire to build a long-term career and grow with our company.

Responsibilities :
・Client Management : Propose and sell a diverse portfolio of international electronic components and chemical products to manufacturing clients, primarily within PEZA zones.
・Solution-Based Selling : Go beyond a transactional approach to deeply understand client needs, identify challenges, and recommend effective product-based solutions.
・Sales Operations : Manage the full sales cycle, including preparing quotations, monitoring delivery schedules, and creating necessary sales documentation.
・Business Development : Actively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our market presence within the PEZA manufacturing landscape.
・Customer Support : Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent follow-up and post-sales support. (Note : Training on internal systems and import / export processes will be provided.)
