About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the optimization of ShopBack’s Finance tools. You will collaborate with engineers to streamline workflows, improve data organization, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is technical, has accounting knowledge, and has experience in e-commerce tools and advanced technologies like generative AI, automation, and open-source solutions.

• Cross-Functional Coordination : Partner with designers and engineers to deliver scalable solutions on time.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Use analytics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• User Advocacy : Champion the needs of internal tool users throughout the product lifecycle.
