Position : Customer Service Representative – Telco Account

Location : Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Start Date : Every Monday of the Month

Salary : Premium pay package

Be part of our Telco Account and help customers stay connected. Handle billing, technical, and account inquiries for one of the top telecommunications companies.

Qualifications :

With at least 6 Months BPO Exp.
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School or Higher
Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Responsibilities :

Answer calls regarding telco products and services

Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently

Maintain high satisfaction and accuracy
