We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service for New Telco account to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for customers of our new telco account, Providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.
What you'll be doing
Answering inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
Assisting customers with a range of inquiries, including product information, billing, and troubleshooting
Logging and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive customer concerns to the appropriate teams
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and activities
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
With 1 year Customer Service Experience required
Excellent Communication Skills
