Accounting Manager

Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.

Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP / IFRS.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.

Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data.

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Train, mentor, and supervise accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
