Revit Drafter (Residential Projects California)

Our client is a California-based architectural firm focused on small residential infill projects (4001500 SF) and small-lot subdivisions for single-family homes and townhomes .

Role Summary :

Were looking for a Revit Drafter (minimum 3 years of experience) to support the clients lead architect. You'll handle drafting, revisions, and documentation using Revit for residential projects.

Responsibilities :

Draft and update Revit drawings based on markups and redlines

Assist with floor plans, elevations, and construction details

Ensure accuracy and consistency in drawing sets

Communicate clearly with the architect and deliver updates on time

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of professional Revit drafting experience (required)

Strong understanding of residential drawings and documentation

Experience with California projects is a plus (not required)

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Willing to work night shift (California time zone)

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with California building codes

Experience with infill housing or small-lot projects

Knowledge of AutoCAD or Bluebeam
