Job Description :

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales department in Valenzuela. The role involves managing strategies, achieving targets, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop sales strategies and manage sales targets

Lead and train the sales team

Conduct market research and business development

Maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications :

Graduate of Business or Marketing-related course

At least 10 years in Sales, 5 years in a managerial role

Preferably female

Experience in business forms or food packaging industry preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong leadership and proven sales track record
