We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with agency experience to manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role . You must have proven experience running both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns , managing multiple ads at the same time, and working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management
- Build, launch, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns end-to-end
- Manage eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily
Campaign Optimization
Apply Meta best practices while using performance data to guide decisionsTest audiences, creatives, formats, messaging, and funnelsIdentify performance issues and implement data-driven improvementsCreative Collaboration
Brief creative teams with clear, performance-based directionProvide feedback on ad angles, hooks, formats, and messagingUse performance data to guide creative testing and iterationReporting & Communication
Prepare weekly performance reports for Account ManagersClearly communicate results, insights, and recommended actionsProactively flag risks, opportunities, and performance changesPerformance & Data
Track key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, frequency, and spendSupport Account Managers with insights for client reportingEnsure campaigns align with client goals and KPIsRequired Experience
