The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engaging with customers via live chat, answering their questions, and providing product recommendations
• Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products to prospective customers
• Assisting customers with the purchase process, including providing product information and pricing
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experience
