Intermediate Dashboard Developer

We're seeking a self-directed professional who can balance technical expertise with business acumen, take ownership of dashboard projects from concept to deployment, and help elevate the skills of the broader team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and build dashboards with moderate complexity using best practices
• Customize existing templates and create new dashboard components as needed
• Perform advanced data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
• Optimize dashboard performance and user experience
• Mentor Level 1 Dashboard Administrators and review their work
• Document technical processes and contribute to SOP development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into dashboard solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements for dashboard development workflows

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in dashboard development or business intelligence
• Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience with data modeling and dashboard design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience documenting technical processes and creating SOPs
