Zoho CRM Specialist

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM, Melbourne

Total Weekly Hours : 20 Hours

Our client is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to optimize their newly implemented CRM system, train the sales team, and develop comprehensive training manuals. This is a short-term assignment with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities :

Optimize and configure the Zoho CRM system to align with company processes

Conduct training sessions for the sales team on effective CRM usage

Develop clear, user-friendly training manuals and documentation

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting related to Zoho CRM

Suggest improvements for workflows and automation within the CRM

Requirements :

Proven experience with Zoho CRM implementation and optimization

Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices

Excellent communication and training skills

Ability to create clear documentation and manuals

Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving

Preferred :

Previous experience training sales teams

Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting tools
