Job Description
- Lead the Customer Intelligence team to develop customer intelligence strategies, ensuring the team acts as the trusted experts on customer, market, and competitive dynamics, providing data‑backed solutions for complex, high‑stakes business challenges
- Utilize data to identify customer behavior patterns and trends.
- Define the roadmap for leveraging big data and AI tools to scale the delivery of proactive, personalized, and predictive customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven initiatives.
- Design and oversee customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and personalization.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer intelligence programs.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Research & Customer Intelligence Head should have :
- A degree in social sciences, research, business & economics, data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
- Extensive expertise in data analysis and customer insights.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and software.
- Proven success in leading cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable financial impact.
- Extensive experience advising C‑suite and senior leaders on high‑stakes business challenges using customer insights.
- Strong ability to translate data and analysis into actionable strategies adopted by leadership.
- Expert in statistical modeling, segmentation, and advanced quantitative methods.
- Strong grasp of AI / ML applications in customer insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
