Senior Accounting Bookkeeper (Remote)

About the Role

  • This role is ideal if you love clean records, timely reporting, and catching inconsistencies before they snowball. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager and clients to ensure financial data is spot-on, cash-flow stays clear, and reports tell the real story.
  • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Enter invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank transactions weekly.
  • Draft weekly AP reports and cash-flow projections.
  • Monitor reporting deadlines and flag issues quickly.
  • Use tools like Xero, Excel, Wise-Sync, and ConnectWise.
  • Backup AR and customer support tasks as needed.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and client-friendly financial reports.
  • Requirements

  • About YOUR Work History

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel.
  • Comfort with cloud tools like Wise-Sync, ConnectWise (a plus!).
  • Ideally familiar with Australian business practices and AEST work hours.
