Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Medical Sales Representative to support and grow our indirect business through strong engagement with channel partners and healthcare stakeholders.
This role is key in ensuring our products are well-positioned in the market, our partners are fully enabled, and our customers receive the highest level of support.
You will play a vital role in driving sales performance by training account teams, maintaining in-depth product and market knowledge, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
This position also involves building meaningful relationships with hospitals, medical societies, and key opinion leaders to strengthen product awareness and credibility.
Responsibilities : Follow ASP CPTK (Channel Partner Toolkit) guidelines when working with indirect channel partners.
Train and develop direct accounts on product differentiation to maximize sales effectiveness.
Maintain up-to-date, detailed knowledge of ASP products.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor products / solutions / services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partner teams and customers on the ground; help establish a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) advisory board.
Participate in relevant medical conferences and exhibitions with channel partners to promote products and solutions.
Collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams—including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Order Management, and other back-office teams—to ensure timely delivery and remove operational hurdles.
Develop partnerships with relevant medical and academic societies.
Drive growth of the indirect business and consistently meet sales commitments.
Requirements : 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative.
Experience in medical sales; capital equipment experience is an advantage.
Background in selling to hospitals.
Sterilization product knowledge is a plus.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
