Job Description

The Online Sales Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting products or services online, and closing sales through digital platforms. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets through chat, social media, and online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media

Promote and sell products or services online

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders

Process sales transactions and coordinate with fulfillment teams

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Meet daily or monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and sales

Qualifications

High school graduate or college level (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)

Experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus

Good communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable using chat tools, social media, and online platforms

Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and reliable

Salary Range : 18,000.00 - 19.000.00

Work Schedule : 8am to 5pm (Monday - Saturday)
