Head of Finance

This is a strategic and hands-onrole that will drive financial health and visibility across both ourheadquarters and plant operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full financefunction : Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Compliance, and Audit
• Oversee financialreporting, budget planning, and cash flow management for HQ and plant
• Align reporting structuresbetween the plant and HQ; drive transparency and financial visibility atall levels
• Ensure full taxcompliance (BIR),PEZA-relatedfilings, andother government regulatory requirements
• Build and lead ahigh-performing finance team based in Cavite; establish strong internalcontrols and best practices
• Act as the main point ofcontact for external auditors, banks, and institutional partners
