Position : Accounts Payable Manager (P2P)

Industry : IT BPO Company

Location : Naga City, Camarines Sur

Salary : Php 80,000 – Php 95,000 + Relocation Package

Schedule : Monday – Friday (Night shift)

Work Set up : Hybrid

Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management and other related field

✨At least 5 years of work experience in Finance Operations role

✨At least 3 years work experience in leadership role within the Procure to Pay cycle

✨Experience working with the same industry is advantage

✨Knowledgeable in different accounting software is a plus

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Responsible for managing all procurement to pay process from purchase order to payment processing.

✨Responsible for leading a team and manage all compliance with financial regulations

✨Oversee and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

✨Ensure that all contracts are manage effectively and monitor systems to proactively manage issues.

✨Ensure all P2P processes align with industry best practices and organizational standards.
