Onboarding Facilitator

About the role

As the Onboarding Facilitator (Subcontractors) at ACE TRUCKERS CORP', you will play a key role in onboarding and integrating new subcontract drivers into our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Las Pinas City Metro Manila and will involve guiding new subcontractors through the onboarding process to ensure they are set up for success in our fast-paced logistics environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting thorough onboarding sessions to familiarize new subcontract drivers with ACE TRUCKERS CORP' policies, procedures, and systems

2. Facilitating the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation for new subcontractors

3. Organizing training and support to help subcontractors understand their responsibilities and safety protocols

4. Serving as the primary point of contact for new subcontractors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have

5. Maintaining detailed records of the onboarding process and tracking subcontractor progress

6. Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding experience

What we're looking for

1. 1-2 years of experience in training and facilitating orientations.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors

3. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities to efficiently manage the onboarding process

4. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety protocols

5. Proficient in creating training materials (e.g., Powerpoint) and managing schedules.
