Salary : 22,000 - 30,000

Schedule : Shifting (6 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM, Mondays - Saturdays)

Required Experience :

Candidate must be a registered nurse (active license).

With BLS, BOSH, OHNAP, and First Aid Certificate.

With experience working in a Manufacturing Company.

Can do clerical and administrative tasks.

With good verbal communication.

Can work with minimal supervision.

Can handle pressure.

Fast Learner.

With strong personality and flexible.

With good interpersonal skills.

Job Description :

Implement and monitor Health Protocol

Provide medical services and dispensing of medicines to company personnel

Renders physical examination, first aid, and routine treatment

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement a nursing care plan, and maintain medical records

Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates

Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a “fit to work” certificate

Schedule and monitor Annual Medical Examination and Executive Check Up of employees

Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies

Initiate or create health programs or activities

Coordination with the Health Care Provider

Coordination with the Officer in charge / Government institution in availing Sickness Benefits

Maintain and update Employee Medical records and DOLE Medical Reports

Facilitation and Coordination for the Health & Wellness Activity

Provides clerical support to the various HR functions

Perform other tasks that the management may assign from time to time
