Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will closely work with other members of our enforcement / litigation team to handle a variety of legal and non-legal tasks effectively and efficiently, including but not limited to the following tasks :

• Assist attorneys on all enforcement and litigation matters;
• Draft investigation reports and complaints / search warrant applications;
• File submissions with courts / administrative agencies;
• Prepare filing reports, status of cases, and reports on official notifications;
• Comprehensively conduct internet searches and prepare reports thereon;
• Contact and communicate with local authorities when necessary;
• Manage and update internal IP database; and
• Other duties as appropriately assigned.
